Shineidō (新栄堂; c. 1859 - 1864) was a publisher based in Yokohama in the late Edo and Meiji periods. It appears to have begun operations soon after Yokohama's opening as a treaty port and would certainly qualify as one of the earliest publishers, if not the earliest, in the city. It only appears to have been active for a few years, focusing on maps and views of the new city. A publisher of the same name appears to have operated in the late Meiji and Taisho periods in Tokyo, though it is unclear if there is any connection between the two.
