F. M. Dehly (1862-????) was a Norwegian-American engineer and draftsman living and working in Washington State in the 1890s. He arrived in the United States in 1880. He is known to have drawn Gilman's addition to the city of Seattle, McKee's correct road map of Seattle and vicinity, Washington, U.S.A., 1894, and W.H. Pumphrey's map of western Washington. He was working as a draftsman for the State of Washington in 1896, and as late as 1910 was still working as an engineer for the city of Seattle. He does not seem to have produced any further printed maps in his career.
