1982 McDonald Pictorial Map of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

This is a 1982 Penc McDonald pictorial map of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, created to promote the city. Businesses and tourist attractions, including restaurants, hotels, and many of Vancouver's largest buildings, are illustrated. Several Gray Line Tours buses take tourists sightseeing as the A. L. R. T. makes its way around town. Chinatown occupies the right border area, complete with a dragon and fireworks. Buildings proclaiming the approaching World's Fair, Expo '86, are situated just to the right of center. Several over-the-top Vancouverites make appearances around town. An inset of Richmond occupies the lower left, while an inset in the upper left celebrates the Whistler World Cup.
