Walter Riemer (1896 - 1942) was a German illustrator and painter. Riemer was active in Germany, producing political propaganda, advertising posters, stamps, bank notes, and other artwork, until 1942. He was a member of the Mitglied des Bundes Deutscher Gebrauchsgrafiker (Federation of German Commercial Artists). Riemer appears to have vanished (died?) at the start of World War II.
