This is a c. 1975 Mountain Group pictorial map of Sarasota, Florida. Advertising businesses throughout Sarasota, buildings across the city face the viewer with large signs proclaiming each business's name. Other locations, including Sarasota High School, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and Ed Smith Stadium, are also illustrated. Flying above Sarasota, hot air balloons and airplanes towing banners advertise businesses as well. The whole is surrounded by a border created by 'business cards' advertising local companies and bearing their addresses and phone numbers.
