School districts and identifies property owners.

This is an 1876 Walker map of Lodi Township, New Jersey, with maps of Wood-Ridge, New Jersey and another map of another part of Lodi Township, New Jersey. Roads are illustrated, along with property boundaries and owners' names. School district boundaries appear as well, which is noteworthy since it underlines that New Jersey cared about highlighting its schools. On verso are three exquisite and charming views of Knowles Mills, Mehrhof Bros. Brick Manufacturers, and the residence of James Helme, Esq.
Publication History
this map was published as plates 135-138 in Walker and Pease's superb centennial 'topographical, illustrated, historical, descriptive' Atlas of Bergen County, New Jersey in 1876.
