Charming pictorial map of Northern Ireland dating to about 1950. Centered on Lough Naegh, the map covers from the North Channel to Rostrevor and from Belleek to the Irish Sea. Numerous pictorial elements illustrate the folklore, sporting life, history, and culture of Northern Ireland. This map was issued by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. At the top of the map are the arms of the government of Northern Ireland. Along the bottom of the map are regional crests. On the verso there is additional promotional text and images including humorous illustrations by the Northern Irish cartoonist Douglas Carson Rowel Boyd Friers.
Very good. Minor wear on original fold lines.
