Description
This is a beautiful c.1923 map or city plan of Venice, Italy. It covers Venice from Canale Scomenzera to Isola San Pierto and from Isola Della Giudecca to the Isola San Michele in the north. The map details streets, canals, parks, islands, transportation lines and a host of other topographical features. The map is accompanied by an index booklet listing monuments, galleries, theaters, public institutions, offices, restaurants, hotels, palaces, churches, canals, etc. This map was issued by A. Scrocchi in about 1923.
Condition
Very good. Minor wear along original fold lines. Blank on verso. Accompanied by index booklet.
