Kemp, William (sold)
William Kemp (fl. c. 1824 - 1830) was an English land-surveyor who produced a series of surveys of the principal race course of England. This series included surveys of Epsom Race Course, York Race Course, and Ascot Race Course.
One of a series of surveys created to help owners of race horses select the courses where they wanted to race their horses.
