Shimokōbe Shūsui (sold) (下河邊拾水)
Shimokōbe Shūsui (下河邊拾水; fl. c. 1766 – 1865) was a Kyoto-based author and publisher during the late Tokugawa or Edo period in Japanese history. It is likely that this was the founder's name and that the shop continued to use his name after his death.
