This is a 1919 Administrateur Resident manuscript map of the environs of Da Lat, Vietnam, likely made for French hunters and other outdoorsmen visiting the mountain resort. At the beginning of the 20th century, with its cool mountain climate, Da Lat became a resort for French colonial administrators living in French Indochina. A sanitarium was established, along with a luxury hotel and a massive church. (more details)

This is a c. 1726 Joseph Stöcklein map of Palau and surrounding islands in the southwestern Pacific. This map is a fascinating mash-up of Europe and indigenous cartography. It is moreover an especially early presentation of these islands, based on a cartographic game of telephone from native Palauans waylaid in the Philippines through the Jesuits and then to the European public via Joseph Stöcklein. This is a hilarious c. 1936 Jolly Lindgren pictorial map of Yellowstone National Park and Jackson Hole, Wyoming - here in a hand-silkscreened exemplar. This is the second of two Yellowstone maps issued in 1936; this one is expanded to include Jackson Hole. It also stands out for its deviant red border instead of Lindgren's standard blue. One of only two known examples, this map provides an overview of the medical unit's wartime activities.
